How it works — the honest terms
- Paid only from money received. Commission is calculated on client payments NovaHire has actually received, never on invoices or promises.
- 30-day hold. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the client's payment clears.
- Up to 12 months. The 25% monthly share runs for each month the client pays, for a maximum of 12 months. It is not a guarantee.
- Stops when the client cancels. No client payment, no commission.
- Clawback on refunds. If a client is refunded or charges back, the related commission is reversed or deducted from future payouts.
- No self-referrals. You can't earn commission on your own business or a business you own or control.
- No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, fake reviews or misleading claims. No cold calling or SMS unless you follow the local Do Not Call rules (Singapore DNC Registry, Australian Do Not Call Register).
- Not MLM. You earn only for real paying clients you introduce. There are no recruiting bonuses and no commission on other partners.
- Payouts by bank transfer or Wise, monthly, once your payable balance reaches €50 or equivalent.
- Each referred business is verified before it counts. First partner to introduce a business that then signs gets the credit.
