Is my treatment covered by insurance?
Dental care for children under 18 is covered by Dutch basic insurance. For adults, it depends on your supplementary policy. We send the invoice to your insurer where possible.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation text, or call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Do you treat patients who are nervous?
Yes. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll plan extra time and explain each step before we start.
Do you speak English?
Yes, every dentist and hygienist on our team works in Dutch and English.
